Millions of refugees have fled war-torn Ukraine to bordering countries since Russia's invasion began on February 24.

Many refugees will arrive in new countries with little more than a backpack or minor suitcase of belongings – then it'due south understandable that people in the Great britain want to help wherever they can.

Charity donation points have been fix up all over the UK, with people collecting essentials such as food, apparel, and medicine for refugees.

Polish Lodge, Southampton

Volunteers at Southampton's Polish Club have already shipped off a large van of donations, including clothes, dried food, and other essentials.

They too need hand and human foot warmers, thermal blankets, pocket-size tents, and medical supplies such as wound dressings.

Smethwick-based customs group The Bearded Broz is accepting donations of clothes from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, which it intends to deliver to Poland.

White Hawkeye Society, London
